We sell out every year so order today!
We offer two CSA's to choose from, small (11lbs) or large (17lbs). Below are some examples of packages , note that the products you receive will vary each month. The CSA lasts seven months, May thru November.

Small, approximately 11 lbs meat for $100/month:
- 1 whole chicken OR ham (4-5lbs)
- 1 package of chicken breasts (boneless/skinless) ~1.5lb)
- 1 package of chicken legs/thighs (w/ or w/o skin, bone in ~1lb)

1 package of chicken wings (bone in 1-2 lbs)

1-2 lbs pork sausage (breakfast, spicy or sweet)

1-2 lbs ground pork or turkey
-
1-3 lbs of selected lamb (ground, chops, leg or loin)

Large, approximately 17 lbs meat for $150/month:
-
2 whole chickens OR a ham (8-9 lbs)

1 package of chicken breasts (boneless/skinless ~2.5 lbs)

1 package of chicken legs/thighs (w/ or w/o skin, bone in ~1.5lb)

2 package of chicken wings (w/ skin, bone in 1-3 lbs)

1-2 lbs pork sausage (breakfast, spicy or sweet)

1-2 lbs ground pork or turkey

1-4 lbs of selected lamb (ground, chops, leg or loin)

Add-ons to any package (Please note add-ons in the request box):

$1 off eggs,

Up to 2 dozen chicken eggs/month

Up to 1 dozen duck eggs/month

If you join our CSA for three or more months during the year then you are eligible for a 10% off on any of the following items (subject to availability):

Thanksgiving turkey (order must be placed by October 1st)

Thanksgiving ham (order must be placed by November 1st)

Christmas goose (order must be placed by December 1st)

Buying the CSA as a gift? Just check "yes, it's a gift" and we'll email you a separate certificate that you can gift wrap!

Pick up is the 1st Sunday of each month at the farm

Delivery is available for $25/month.

Thinking about signing up for a Community Supported Agriculture ("CSA" - sometimes also called a "Farm Share") program but don't know where to start, read below:
The CSA has become very popular over the last 30 years. It offers a way for local consumers to purchase directly from the farmer (at a discount) on a subscription basis. The advantage for us is that it allows us to better forecast demand for all of our pasture meats. There's also several advantages for the customer:

10% savings on holiday meats and first choice on many products (e.g. whole pigs, Thanksgiving Turkeys, Xmas hams, etc.!)

Take a farm a tour, develop a relationship with the us and learn how we grow our food and treat our animals.
CSA's are a simple idea, but their impact has been profound. Tens of thousands of families have joined CSA's, and in some areas of the country there is more demand than there are CSA farms to fill it.
How it works

First pick the right size CSA for your needs (small or large) and sign up using the form on this page.

Shortly after you sign up we will send you a confirmation email with details.

Payment is as follows:

$140 deposit is due upon sign up, then we deduct $20 from each month's payments for seven months, May thru November

The balance for each month's payment is due at pickup or before delivery.
