Pasture-Raised Lamb

Now Taking Orders for 2026 Delivery

At Sheepy Hollow Farms, our lambs are raised the right way—on open pasture, with fresh air, sunshine, and room to graze naturally. We never use growth hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. The result is clean, mild, richly flavored lamb that’s nothing like what you’ll find in a grocery store.

We raise our lambs ethically, humanely, and naturally on pasture to produce exceptional-tasting, high-quality meat.  At Sheepy Hollow Farms, we reject large-scale commercial farming practices. Our lambs are pasture-raised right here in Allentown, New Jersey, where they live outdoors, graze freely, and are raised the way animals were traditionally meant to be raised—without confinement, artificial additives, or shortcuts.

How Pricing Works

*Your final price is based on the actual hanging weight (also called processed weight) multiplied by the per-pound price, plus the processor’s fee.

Processing costs are a flat $125 per lamb, and may vary slightly depending on optional requests such as:

  • Packaging preferences

  • Specialty cuts

Hanging weight refers to the carcass after slaughter and evisceration. Because animals naturally vary in size and individual cut selections affect final yield, all weights and costs listed above are estimates. You will only be charged for the actual hanging weight of your lamb.

*Need more or less meat? If you’re looking for a smaller or larger lamb, just let us know when ordering. When possible, we’re happy to help match you with the best fit.
